Four women's golfers from Saint Martin's University in Lacey earned spots on the 2025-26 Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Team.

Hailey Blancas, Ashley Bruland, Kelsie Inouye, and Jade Rebelo all met the WGCA's requirements: a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher across their entire collegiate careers, participation in at least 50 percent of the team's competitive rounds, and amateur status.

The WGCA calls those criteria among the most stringent academic-athletic standards in college sports.

The honor caps a strong academic year for head coach Anne Bahr's program. Three of the four honorees — Blancas, Bruland, and Inouye — also earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors, announced June 15, a separate national academic recognition.

That's two national academic awards in one offseason for a program that has built a reputation for classroom performance.

In 2023-24, the Saints women's golf team posted a 3.772 GPA, ranking 12th among all NCAA Division II programs in the WGCA's All-Academic Team awards, according to the program.

Saint Martin's competes in NCAA Division II as a charter member of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference.

The Saints wrapped their 2025-26 competitive season at the GNAC Championships in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, in April.

Four honorees from one roster is notable at any level. The WGCA announced scholar teams nationally during the week of July 13, with Division I programs like Stanford recognizing six honorees from their rosters.
