Jeff Gadman is seeking reelection as Thurston County treasurer in the November 3, 2026 general election. The official sample ballot lists him for a four-year term with a Democratic Party preference.

The county’s official biography says Gadman has held the treasurer’s office since early 2017, following service on the Lacey City Council from 2011 to 2017. It also lists work with county officials’ and treasurers’ associations and an accounting curriculum advisory role at South Puget Sound Community College.

In his submitted November voters’ pamphlet statement, Gadman lists work in the county Assessor’s Office from 1986 to 2017. His education entry identifies an associate degree from South Puget Sound Community College and three years at Saint Martin’s College.

Gadman says he wants to reduce government costs, improve assistance for property owners who have fallen behind on taxes, and continue improving service and efficiency. He cites paperless statements and electronic filing of real estate transactions as examples of his approach.
